Renée assists agricultural and forest landowners with the protection, restoration, and conservation of natural resources.  She coordinates with Union SWCD Staff, private landowners, conservation partners, and funding entities to identify opportunities,  develop resilient solutions and assist landowners with grant writing and permiting to get their project on the ground. Renée has a bachelor's degree in environmental economics, policy, and management and extensive experience in natural resource management, monitoring and assessment, and conservation planning and strategy development.
